During my journey, I tried every diet out there. Each diet had components that worked… but they also had things about them that didn’t work or actually made me feel worse.
I found myself eating a certain way that didn’t fall into any of the popular diet labels. And it was this way of eating that helped me overcome chronic, debilitating IBS.
To make teaching my way of eating to my clients easier, I boiled down my philosophy to three guiding principles. These principles are described in detail in the Paleo Green e-book.
The Paleo Green diet is Paleo/ancestrally inspired and is the least restrictive diet out there for healing gut issues. I made it this way for two reasons. One, we’re all unique, and two, the more diversity we can have in our diets, the faster we’ll rebalance our microbiome and feel better.
